| V had felt, as the semester had been coming to a close, that there were places other than Fandom better suited to his particular talents. He read the paper daily, and found himself pondering the situations in other cities, where there was clear oppression and destruction of hope, as obvious to him as the newsprint upon which he read it. Certainly, teaching the somewhat unusual youth of this town about how to instigate their own revolutions and stand for a cause was a step in the right direction, but simultaneously, V knew he had retreated and grown lazy in his afterlife. That was why as soon as dark began to fall on New Year's Eve, V gathered his cloak around him and stole out through the house (and he left a small envelope on the kitchen table marked For Lord Vader). Once he had concluded business there, V skulked through the shadows of the street towards the causeway. [This would be V's goodbye post. I have OCDs up for people to say goodbye to him in various locations; if he knew you well, he likely has a gift and anticipated running into you during his departure - because while he's being surrepitious, he's definitely not being so covert that someone with sharp eyes would miss him.
Oh, and as it is NYE, slowplay is love.]
| V was perched at his desk and patiently working out grades for his class. Every now and then he'd pause and make a note on another page.
[Sorry for not getting this up sooner - detained by RL. AFK for a few hours until 9, woe!]
| V was sitting in his office, happily drinking an iced coffee through a straw that went under his mask.
He was tapping at a computer, and it seemed to be pretty intense. If one could see the screen, thay would see that he was in the middle of a bidding war over a jukebox.
[I disappear for awhile around 5, but otherwise door and post are open yay!]
| V was again sitting at his desk, though today, his office was much more visitor-ready. He had Vivaldi playing, and around the room, pictures were neatly tacked up on the walls. Additionally, there was tea and coffee and what might have looked to be homemade pastries. (Of course, V himself wasn't partaking.) V himself was perched behind his desk, reading over papers. The door was open. [Going out to be social, so slowplay is love.] | |
| V was sitting in his office, shuffling through grades and papers in case parents wanted to see them.
The door? Wide open.
[Stupid work. Sorry for the late post.]
| Not being a terribly superstitious man, V was in his office today, curiously poking around the internet.
He might - might - have been looking at eBay. Or recipes. Or both. But he wasn't likely to show any of it to anyone who came in.
[Open, but blah blah slowplay due to school, and I may or may not have some really nasty access issues again when I'm home this evening. Plan for steady replies after 4 EDT or so, though.]
| V slipped into his office early in the morning and tucked himself behind his desk, where he began to work on the projects he had planning for his students.
If he giggled occasionally, you were probably imagining it.
[SLOW LIKE WHOA as I am AFK until tonight due to work and school.]
| Today, V was sitting at his desk in the hallway outside his office. Why? Anyone's guess, really. When he'd arrived, he'd instantly located the offensive material (super-smell was fun that way) and disposed of it. Then he'd opened the window, and moved his things out to the hallway. He wasn't sure whether to punish the culprits when he found them, or help them improve their technique. In any case, he was around to be spoken to. [Lalala littlebitofslowplaycakes as per usual.] | |
| V was sitting in his office once again, and meticulously sorting through papers. Once he finished that, though, he was back to doodling sketching - both from memory, and from a small card sitting on his desk. His door, however, was absolutely open. [Wee bit of SP while I do morning errands/get to school/take a test. I'll be around regularly in the mid-late afternoon EDT - until then, sporadic is the name of the game.] | |
| V swooped into his office to work on grading and attendance, his cape sweeping behind him before he tossed it over his chair. He'd just picked up his pen and reached into a drawer absently to grab a file. Of course, something leapt out at him, and the spring had almost not even triggered before V had pinned the...thing against the desk with a strong grip. He turned to look at what the creature might be, his pen poised to stab if needed, and sighed as he yanked it out of his drawer and tossed it across the room. Then he set to work grading, though after awhile, it turned more into doodles and schematics of buildings and a face that had been etched into his mind. [Open yay.] | |
